Al Roach offers private hitting instruction to baseball players of all ages. Better results are guaranteed just as long as the player is willing to focus and work hard. For more info on Al Roach and his background, check out the biography page.
Instruction can be done in half hour sessions:
Al Roach Instruction: $55 per half hour or $100 per hour.
Other Instructors: $50 per half hour or $95 per hour.
Al Roach also offers Pro-Mirror baseball video analysis which breaks down a players hitting into different frames and grids allowing each player to visually see what they are doing incorrectly.
Keep in mind, we can only tell the hitters what to do, but we cannot do it for them. They must work at this on their own time as well, otherwise it will take a long time for them to get the mechanics down. We will push players to focus and at the same time help them develop mental toughness. Mental toughness is the key to succeeding in sports.
Aside from catching clinics, catching lessons are also available one on one.
Price is $75 per 45 min session or $95 per hour.

Softball hitting mechanics are pretty close to baseball. Even though the distance of the mound is shorter and the ball is coming underhand, it does not mean the hitting mechanics are that much different. You are still trying to hit a round ball with a bat that is crossing over the plate.
Unless you are developing a slap and run hitter, a rotational type of swing will give your daughter the best chance for success at a high-level. Even so, slap and run is not as popular as it once was. Coaches are starting to use it less. The bottom line is, you want to hit the ball hard.
There are no major differences between a solid rotational style swing in fast-pitch or baseball. There are some adjustments and refinements that are useful especially at higher levels of fast-pitch competition. Small adjustments may be a smaller load and a smaller stride.
We Drop Bombs Professional Hitting Academy will teach you to increase contact with minimal head movement and to maximize bat speed creating more of a powerful swing.
One on One instruction is available right now at $50-$55 per half hour, $75-$80 per 45 minutes and or $95-$100 per hour. Price is depending on the instructor.
