Due to last minute changes people tend to make in their schedule and the demand for training, we are sorry to announce that our normal policy has changed. For anyone that cancels their appointment less than 24 hours prior to the session, they will still be subject to payment. Extreme emergencies may exempt you from this policy based on our discretion. Failure to recognize this policy will prevent you from rescheduling another appointment.
