Coaches in our program are either retired professionals or former college players. This is not daddy baseball. Players will earn their spots on the team as well as playing time.  If for some reason a player does not make the team, we encourage them to train one on one to help improve their skills and try out the following season.

We intend on fielding competitive teams. We want motivated players who love baseball and want to improve. While our goal is to win the games we play, we will not stress winning at all costs. We want each and every player to improve, get their work in and be part of a good team. We are confident that each player will be a better baseball player after the conclusion of each season. Our staff feels that you can work hard and have fun at the same time. If you and your son are looking for a program where they will improve, get a lot of work in and have fun while doing it, then this is the program for you. Remember, development is what matters now, stats don’t matter until high school.  Winning is great but it shouldn’t be something that determines your decision on whether your son plays on a team or not.   The only question you need to ask yourself is, am I in a program that will best prepare my son for high school and college baseball.

Additional Info

Most of our tournaments stay within the Tri-State area.   It is not common to have to stay over night.  Tournaments may vary based on each team.  Tournaments the teams have played in the past are:

Manahawkin, Diamond Nation, Cal Ripken (Aberdeen), TSE, ECTB, Tag’Em, Killer Bee, Mayslanding, Maple Zone, Future Stars, ETC.

Other Tournaments such as Ripken (Myrtle Beach) & Cooperstown are tournaments that are not included in the regular season team fee due to the cost being so high.  Parents are responsible for their own fundraising to pay their way.  Total cost of these tournaments gets divided evenly based on the amount of players on the team.

Playing  Time:   All players will get at least 4 out of every 6 innings played in league games.  Coaches have the ability to play whoever and whenever in tournament play.

League Play:  Most of our teams play in the Tri-State Elite League which is based out of south jersey, mainly in Gloucester, Burlington & Camden Counties.  We do not have a home field.  We travel to all of the other team’s home field for league games which are generally 15-45 minutes from our facility.  This may be more beneficial to our players traveling 20-30 minutes to our location.
